We are seeking a agile professional to join our IT Services team in a Customer Service and Sales capacity. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction and generating revenue through effective engagement and relationship management. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met while actively pursuing sales opportunities to achieve organizational targets.

Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound voice communications to address client inquiries and provide support.

Required Skills:

HSC / Graduate candidates with at least 6 months of experience. Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills. Customer service or sales experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to Digha Navi Mumbai.

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred)
