Additional Info : Manage Daily Cloud Kitchen Operations And Ensure Smooth Workflow. Oversee Cake Production Coordination, Order Processing, Packing, And Timely Dispatch. Coordinate With Zomato, Swiggy, Delivery Partners, And Customer Support Teams. Monitor Inventory, Stock Levels, Wastage, And Product Quality. Maintain Food Safety, Hygiene, And Quality Standards. Manage Staff Scheduling, Training, Attendance, And Performance. Prepare Daily Sales, Dispatch, Inventory, And Operational Reports.Requirements: Experience In Cloud Kitchen, Bakery, Or Food Operations. Robust Team Management And Communication Skills. Basic Knowledge Of Excel, Inventory Management, And Food Delivery Platforms. Ability To Handle Pressure And Ensure Timely Order Fulfilment. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
