Day-To-Day Tasks Include Explaining Service Offerings, Capturing And Updating Client Details In Internal Systems, And Following Up On Inquiries To Ensure Timely Responses. Ability To Manage High Call Volumes, Prioritize Tasks, And Maintain Accurate Records Of Client Interactions.Basic Computer Literacy.Customer Service Mindset With Active Listening Skills, Patience, And The Ability To Handle Queries And Concerns Calmly. Attention To Detail, Reliability, And Willingness To Follow Structured Processes And Call Scripts. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
