Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, and supporting the sales process to achieve individual and team targets.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build relationships and convert prospective customers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and generate interest in relevant projects.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.
- Present and explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and other relevant details to prospective buyers.
- Provide professional guidance to customers and address their queries throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication to support conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call updates, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills





- Relevant experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain property offerings effectively.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage follow-ups systematically.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software are desirable.
- A valid driving licence, personal two-wheeler, and smartphone are mandatory.

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is mandatory.

Work Environment

This is an office-based sales position involving customer communication, follow-ups, and coordination of property site visits.

Important: There is no requirement for door-to-door sales, door-to-door marketing, or canopy-based marketing activities.
