We are Hiring Experience Senior Fashion Designer In Faridabad Area.

Key Responsibilities

- Design ethnic wear collections, including sarees, lehengas, kurtis, suits, Anarkalis, gowns, and Indo-Western outfits.
- Research current fashion trends, colors, silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and embroidery techniques.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical design sheets.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, embellishments, laces, and accessories.
- Coordinate with embroidery, printing, sampling, pattern-making, and production teams.
- Oversee sample development, fittings, alterations, and final approvals.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, target costs, and production timelines.
- Develop seasonal and festive collections for weddings, parties, and everyday ethnic wear.
- Work closely with merchandising and sourcing teams for fabric and material selection

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic wear and traditional craftsmanship.
- Expertise in embroidery, surface ornamentation, prints, and fabric selection.




- Proficiency in fashion illustration and garment construction.
- Knowledge of pattern making, draping, fitting, and sampling.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Excellent creativity, trend forecasting, and color coordination skills.
- Strong communication, team management, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of experience in ethnic fashion or apparel design.
- Experience in premium ethnic wear, bridal wear, festive wear, or occasion wear.
- A solid portfolio showcasing original ethnic designs and completed collections.
