Detailed Job Description

· Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates over telephone calls / Mailers/Job Posting for current open roles.

· Fulfilling the recruitment targets within the stipulated time frame.

· Screening resumes and job Applications and lining then for interviews.

· Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

· Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, executive and Manager)

· Work according to the hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

· Coordinating interviews with the hiring manager

· Following up on the interview process status

· Communicating employer information and advantages during screening process

· Completing timely reports on employment activity

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
