Transform Hospitals (Pune), founded by Dr. Mangesh B. Virkar, has worked with 450+ hospitals across India. Our flagship 180-day programme, The CLOCK Strategy®, moves hospitals from daily firefighting to stable, growing systems across five areas: People, Process, Workflow, Technology, and Financial Discipline & Community Reach.

The role

You will be our full-time, on-site Project Manager at one Nulife hospital in Delhi. Dr. Mangesh and our specialist team (the Titans of 12) design the roadmap and review progress. Your job is to make sure it happens on the floor every day.

What you’ll do

- Run the 180-day CLOCK roadmap and tracker: tasks, owners, deadlines and weekly status
- Put SOPs, checklists and audits into practice in admission, billing, OT, ICU, pharmacy, lab and the front office
- Fix patient-flow bottlenecks such as OPD waiting time, discharge delays and bed turnaround, and measure the results
- Drive real use of the HIS and move departments off paper
- Track revenue leakage, TPA deductions and collections, and support patient outreach activities
- Support quality systems: indicators, committees and incident reporting, in line with NABH
- Present progress to hospital management with data, and send weekly reports to Transform Hospitals

Who we’re looking for





- Someone with real hospital floor experience who knows the difference between what is reported and what is actually happening
- Firm, organised and consistent about follow-up
- Comfortable with Excel, MIS reports and presentations
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Passionate about learning how to build hospital operations to international standards. You want to grow into a skilled who can set up and run hospitals at a global level.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
