About the Role

We are hiring a professional Resume Writer Specialist. Prior professional experience with a Resume Writing Company / Professional Resume Services / Career Services organization is required. The role is approximately 50% client discussion and 50% professional writing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional ATS-friendly resumes and CVs.
- Write cover letters and career documents.
- Support LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Conduct client calls and requirement discussions.
- Understand career background, target roles and career objectives.
- Extract measurable achievements from client discussions.
- Research industries, roles and target opportunities.
- Analyze target job descriptions and relevant keywords.
- Write compelling professional summaries.
- Develop achievement-oriented work-experience sections.
- Work on mid-level, senior and leadership resumes.
- Manage assigned clients end-to-end.




- Handle revisions and feedback professionally.
- Ensure final delivery within committed timelines.
- Maintain strong grammar, formatting and factual accuracy.
- Work according to defined productivity and SLA expectations.

Writing Quality + Client Satisfaction + SLA + Productivity + Final Approvals

Candidate Profile / Requirements
