Key Responsibilities

Identify recent business opportunities and acquire new customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales reports. Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with the Purchase, Operations,



and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
