• Male candidates

• Graduate/Undergraduate (Pursuing can also be considered)

• FMCG/Retail/Hospitality/Corporate Sales/Electronics & Mobile Sale experience preferred.

• Smartphone mandatory

• Versatile for local travel

Commercials (Monthly)

•Kolkata: ₹27,000 Fixed + ₹6,600 Variable = ₹33,600

Payout Terms

• Salary will be calculated on a 24-working-day pro-rata basis.

• Variable payout will be applicable only upon achieving:

Minimum 22 working days attendance, and

80%+ assessment score across Grooming, Intent, Communication, Product Knowledge, and Objection Handling.

• No sales targets are applicable for this role.
