Salary: ₹55,000–₹58,000 per month (in-hand, depending on interview)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Store Manager to manage the daily operations of a kids gaming and entertainment center. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining safety and service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the gaming center.
- Lead, train, and supervise the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and operational performance to achieve business targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of gaming equipment and the store.
- Monitor inventory, billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail, entertainment, gaming, or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle daily store operations independently.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
