About the RoleLakshay India, a growing career counselling and training company, is expanding its technology and automation capabilities and is inviting applications for the role of Project Manager & AI Agent Developer.

We are looking for a highly practical and execution-focused AI professional who can design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve intelligent AI agents for different business functions.

The selected candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to automate repetitive processes, improve customer communication, support lead management,



enhance recruitment workflows, and develop AI-powered systems capable of handling conversations and business tasks independently.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, workflow automation, APIs, CRM integrations, WhatsApp automation, voice AI, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent DevelopmentDesign, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents for different departments of Lakshay India.

Develop intelligent agents capable of understanding conversations, taking actions, retrieving information, following workflows, and interacting with customers and employees.
