Job Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Back Office Operations

- Enter and maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales data in Excel or company software.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, sales registers, and follow-up reports.
- Prepare and update quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and other related documents as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain daily reports and update the status of enquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for data and documentation requirements.

2. Telecalling & Customer Follow-ups

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Share product information and coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and respond to basic customer queries.




- Schedule meetings or field visits for the sales team wherever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Good typing speed with attention to detail.
- Confident, organized, and customer-friendly approach.
