Store Head (Building Construction)

Company: Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Project Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall site store operations and supervise store staff.
- Handle material receipt, issue, GRN, and stock entries in N-Way ERP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material storage.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for material requirements.
- Conduct physical stock verification and material reconciliation.
- Track material consumption, wastage, and shortages.
- Maintain records of cement, steel, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, and other construction materials.
- Prepare daily/monthly stock reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Site, Purchase, Accounts, and Project teams.

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline; Civil background preferred.

Experience: 8–12 years in store management, preferably in building construction projects.

Required Skills: N-Way ERP, Inventory Management, GRN, Material Reconciliation, Stock Auditing, MIS Reporting, and Team Management.
