We are hiring freshers for our Business Development & Account Management team in the Study Abroad industry.

The role involves building relationships with education partners, identifying business opportunities, managing accounts and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with education partners and clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage assigned accounts and ensure robust partner engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings and partner interactions.
- Understand partner requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support onboarding and activation of new partners.
- Track business opportunities, account performance and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned business development and account management targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers with a graduate degree are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client/partner meetings.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior internship or exposure to Sales / Business Development / Account Management / Study Abroad / Education is an advantage.
