Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr. Associate - Contact Centre (Voice Process) with 2.5-3.5 years of experience for our client Knova One.

Interview Details

- Interview Rounds: 3
- Interview Mode: Teams Interview (Final round may be Face-to-Face or Teams, as per client requirement)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process (US process preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service or collections is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.




- Perform voice-based customer service or collections activities based on process allocation.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate call logs and records.
- Communicate with clients through calls and emails when required.
- Ensure compliance with process standards and applicable US regulations.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Be flexible to work additional hours based on business requirements.
