We have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager - Software Development (RPA/Python) with 10+ years of experience for our client Knova One.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of RPA programs enhanced with AI/ML capabilities, with strong exposure to Python-based automation. The role involves managing multiple automation workstreams and ensuring measurable business outcomes such as cost optimization, quality improvement, and cycle-time reduction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery of RPA and AI-powered automation projects from discovery to deployment
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks (RAID)
- Drive process discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities
- Oversee solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with developers for Python, APIs, and AI integrations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and compliance
- Track KPIs such as bot success rate, SLA, savings, and performance
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and automation best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

Must Have:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in RPA/Automation project management
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere,



Blue Prism)
- Working knowledge of Python (automation, APIs, data processing)
- Experience delivering AI-driven automation use cases (OCR, document processing, ML workflows)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
- Expertise in project planning, estimation, and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with API integrations, SQL, and enterprise systems

Positive to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, release management)
- Experience with monitoring tools and bot observability
- Experience setting up or managing RPA CoE (Center of Excellence)
