- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors, architects and consultants
- Ensure quality and timely execution of work
- Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing and other civil works
- Check drawings, measurements and quantities
- Manage site manpower and contractors
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and project standards
