Responsibilities

- Implement the organizational strategy and align efforts towards collaborator business requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and manage training for the team.
- Provide opportunities for coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff and management regarding training and learning.
- Continuously advance customer service standards and promote a culture of innovation and automation within the team.




- Build and maintain relationships to expand networking opportunities.
- Ensure the audit preparedness of the unit at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to work actively and closely with leaders to devise plans to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong understanding and implementation of PGS central initiatives and business objectives.
- Experience in crafting and monitoring action plans for under-performance.
- Ability to build an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
- Demonstrated ability to provide the team with explicit direction and support.

- Shift Timings: 1.30PM to 10.30PM
