Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
nowledge of IATF
- Production Operations: Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer delivery targets while minimizing machine downtime.
- Quality Control: Enforce quality standards and monitor defect rates to reduce waste and rejection costs.
- Process Optimization: Manage cycle time reduction,
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair protocols are maintained for all machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce EHS (Setting, Health, and Safety) protocols across the plant
- To conduct process validation.
- To take corrective / preventive action on NC product.
