About the Role

Brick Yard Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and business-oriented **Branch Head** to lead our Pune operations, manage the sales team, strengthen market presence, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.

- Monitor leads, client follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and deal closures.

- Guide team members in client handling, negotiations, and closing property deals.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and improve the performance of sales professionals.

- Monitor team productivity, sales conversions, and individual performance.

- Ensure accurate CRM updates, sales reporting,



and compliance with company processes.

- Take ownership of branch performance and achievement of business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Real Estate Sales and Business Development**.

- Previous experience as a Branch Head, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role is preferred.

- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

- Good understanding of the Pune real estate market.

- Ability to manage sales pipelines, client relationships, and team performance.

- Proactive, target-oriented, and focused on business growth.
