- Manage claims adjudication process from receipt to settlement.
- Ensure accurate calculation of claim amounts and timely payment.
- Process motor insurance claims efficiently, including investigation and settlement.
- Handle auto claims with expertise in claims processing and settlement.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO or related field (claims adjudication, claims management).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).
- Solid understanding of Indian Motor Insurance Act and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
