- Design, implement, and maintain End User Computing (EUC) solutions using SCCM and other relevant tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to patch management, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automating tasks and workflows within the EUS setting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment of software updates across multiple platforms.
Job Requirements :
- 6-16 years of experience in End User Computing Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM, Powershell scripting language, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with patch management processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
