Full-time Pune, Maharashtra 10,000 to 15,000 per month, based on experience

Reception Staff are the first face and first voice of ChemEngg Research for clients, suppliers, auditors, and candidates. The role covers the front desk, calls and enquiry mail, visitor and courier records, and day-to-day office administration. In a chemical company the front desk also enforces visitor safety rules, so care and consistency matter as much as a warm welcome. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

What youll do

- Greet and register visitors, clients, and suppliers, and direct them to the right person
- Answer incoming calls and the general enquiry inbox, and pass messages to the right team the same day
- Maintain inward and outward registers for couriers, samples, and documents
- Apply visitor safety rules at the front desk, including site-entry checks before anyone goes to the lab
- Support office administration:



attendance records, meeting-room scheduling, office supplies, and basic data entry
- Work with the marketing and technical teams so client enquiries get a reply within one business day

What were looking for

- Bachelors degree: BA, BCom, or BSc
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Valuable spoken and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email
- Professional, organised, and comfortable dealing with visitors
