Role & responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on company requirements, budget, authority, and business needs.
- Schedule product demos and business meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records, and follow-up activities in the CRM or Excel sheets.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Communicate professionally with prospects and maintain strong business relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidates with excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, telecalling, sales, or business development are welcome to apply.
- Must own a laptop
- Willing to Work Rotational Shift




- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating professionally with corporate decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, confident, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently in a work-from-home setting.
- Candidates based in Pune are preferred.
- Must be willing to travel independently
- Strong commitment to achieving monthly targets and meeting performance expectations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
