Gen AI Technical Lead

Role Summary:

Seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale GenAI, Agentic AI, and Automation solutions across SAP, Infrastructure, and IT Operations. The role will drive AI adoption, automation strategy, and business transformation using up-to-date AI platforms and enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, architect, and implement high-value AI and automation use cases.
- Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation.
- Drive automation across service desk, incident management, knowledge management, SAP operations, and IT support processes.
- Integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ServiceNow,



Microsoft, and enterprise applications.
- Define AI standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and accelerators.
- Track outcomes including ROI, productivity gains, cost reduction, ticket deflection, and service improvements.
