Job Role

- This position is responsible for the day-to-day SolarWinds operational activities.
- 24/7 support of SolarWinds.
- Includes installation, configuration, and maintenance of SolarWinds.
- Work with various support and application teams to resolve/prevent issues and escalations.
- Should take a lead and drive various projects independently.

Must-Have

- Seeking a skilled and experienced L2/L3 SolarWinds Monitoring Engineer to join our team.
- Responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of NCM, NPM, NTM, SRM, SAM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of SolarWinds tools.
