Job Purpose We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving quality strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks and strategies
- Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium (Java) and/or Playwright (TS/JS)
- Own and drive end-to-end API testing and automation initiatives
- Build and execute mobile automation test suites for Android/iOS applications
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Analyze failures, debug issues, and ensure quick resolution in collaboration with development teams
- Perform functional and exploratory testing to validate business workflows
- Mentor and manage QA team members, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA) to ensure quality throughout SDLC
- Drive improvements in test processes, tools, and frameworks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript):



Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong experience in test framework design and architecture: Minimum 3 years
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration: Minimum 2 yearsTesting Expertise
- API Testing: Minimum 3 years (Postman/Rest Assured)
- Solid experience in API Automation frameworks
- Mobile Automation: Minimum 2 years (Appium or similar tools)
- Strong foundation in functional testingTechnical Skills
- SQL: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practicesLeadership & Soft Skills
- Proven team handling and mentoring experience
