Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage counter sales at our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Develop robust relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations on clothing items.
- Maintain a visually appealing display of products on the counter, arranging them according to current trends and seasonal demands.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals, sharing knowledge of new arrivals and promotions.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales, preferably in women's wear or lifestyle products.
- Strong understanding of fashion styling and trends, with ability to apply this knowledge to create effective product displays.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining high levels of energy even during peak periods.
