Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.

- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring productive use of resources.

- Supervise shop floor operations, monitor productivity, and address issues promptly.

- Coordinate with various departments (QC, Warehouse, Packaging) for smooth material flow.

- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during production processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in Production Management or related field.

- Strong understanding of assembly planning, labour management, manpower handling, production planning, production supervising, and quality control principles.
Immediate Joiner preferred .
