Experience: 10+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Tekla Structures.
- Proven team-handling and leadership experience.
- Mandatory experience in US-based structural steel construction projects.
- Knowledge of AISC standards, fabrication and erection drawings.
- Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, quality, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects and manage project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.
- Manage client relationships, project risks, and escalations.
- Oversee resource planning, project performance, and continuous improvement.
