We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Domestic Tour Executive to handle end-to-end planning and execution of domestic holidays and tours. The candidate will be responsible for preparing itineraries, coordinating with hotels and suppliers, handling client requirements, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic holiday enquiries from clients and travel agents.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and travel dates.
- Prepare customized domestic tour itineraries and packages.
- Handle destinations such as Kerala, Rajasthan, Goa, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Northeast India, Andaman, Gujarat, Maharashtra, South India, etc.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, DMCs, activity providers, and other suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate best possible rates with suppliers.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Make hotel, transport, sightseeing, activity, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with operations teams and suppliers before and during the tour.
- Prepare and issue vouchers, confirmations, itineraries,



invoices, and other travel documents.
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately as per the client's requirements.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute changes.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and supplier correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients during the tour and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Follow up for payments and ensure timely collection as per company policy.
- Maintain good relationships with hotels, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and obtain client feedback after the tour.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Indian destinations, hotels, sightseeing, and travel routes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of tour package preparation and costing.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office / Excel / email.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle urgent and last-minute travel requirements.
