- Manage and monitor the performance of the team.
- Handle daily operations and achieve team targets.
- Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 5 years of BPO experience with team handling experience.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of BPO KPIs and processes.
- Candidates willing to work from Pune
