Job Title: RF Engineer Fresher (Amdocs Client Project)Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic RF Engineer (Fresher) to support telecom network operations for an Amdocs client engagement. The role involves assisting in RF planning, optimization, and performance analysis of wireless networks while working closely with cross-functional teams using Amdocs tools and processes. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates to build a career in telecom and RF engineering.Key Responsibilities

- Support RF planning, optimization, and performance monitoring activities for wireless networks
- Assist in analyzing RF KPIs such as coverage, capacity, interference, call drops, and throughput
- Work on network performance issues and support troubleshooting activities
- Assist in drive test data analysis and RF optimization recommendations
- Update and maintain RF-related data, reports, and documentation in Amdocs systems
- Collaborate with NOC, field engineers, and network planning teams
- Follow Amdocs workflows, SLAs, and telecom industry best practices
- Support change management and network rollout activities

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communication concepts
- Basic knowledge of cellular technologies: 2G / 3G / 4G LTE / 5G
- Familiarity with RF concepts such as coverage, interference, handovers, and signal strength
- Basic understanding of telecom network architecture

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Exposure to RF planning or optimization tools (Atoll, Planet, TEMS, Nemo, etc.)
- Knowledge of Amdocs BSS/OSS concepts (billing, provisioning, assurance – basic level)
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or basic data analysis
- Understanding of KPIs and telecom performance metrics
- Internship or academic project experience in telecom or RF domain

Soft Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required for NOC/support roles)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven environment
