Required Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of financial-services or loan-processing operations.
UK motor-finance experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Ability to work with multiple systems and process high transaction volumes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work within strict SLAs and deadlines.
Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Strong customer and stakeholder focus.

Experience
Preferred: 1-4 years of experience in BFSI, loan processing, motor finance, payouts, funding,



banking operations in payment processing environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A detail-oriented operations professional who can process payouts accurately, understanding of Loan under writing, validate funding conditions, identify exceptions, resolve queries and consistently deliver within SLA, while maintaining strong quality and compliance standards.
