Deore Designs is an architectural and interior design studio delivering turnkey projects, from concept to execution, for homes and offices. Were looking for an Interior Designer who can take a project from the 2D plan to a photorealistic 3D presentation on their own.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop space planning and furniture layouts for residential and commercial (office) interiors
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD: layouts, elevations, ceiling, electrical, flooring and joinery/furniture details
- Build accurate 3D models in SketchUp from the approved 2D drawings
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders and walkthroughs in D5 Render
- Select materials, finishes and furniture in line with the clients budget
- Coordinate with site teams and vendors during execution,



and resolve design queries

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 3 years of experience in interior design for homes and offices
- Strong command of the AutoCAD SketchUp D5 Render workflow (essential)
- A portfolio showing completed residential and office projects, including renders
- Positive knowledge of materials, modular furniture, and site execution practices
- Ability to work independently and meet project timelines
- Clear communication with clients and contractors
