Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Solid understanding of React.js or Angular for frontend development.
- Experience in leading a team of developers on large-scale projects involving multiple microservices.
