What youll do

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.

Ensure proper storage of raw materials, electronic components, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.

Perform material inward and outward transactions in ERP/SAP systems.

Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and production plans.

Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Conduct daily stock verification and cycle counting.

Monitor inventory levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, and non-moving inventory.





Ensure inventory accuracy and timely reconciliation of physical vs. system stock.

Support monthly and annual inventory audits.

Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.

Ensure all store transactions are properly recorded in ERP.

Prepare MIS reports related to stock movement, inventory status, and material consumption.
