Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's iron & steel business.

- Manage cash flow, working capital management, and fund raising strategies.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to corporate finance.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in accountancy or a related field (CA preferred).

- Robust background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions such as IPOs or mergers & acquisitions.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
