Role Summary

What we are Looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media execution; local-service experience is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; BBA, BMS, B.Com, or Mass Communication preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of local SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation.
- Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and social scheduling tools.
- Good written English with the ability to create transparent customer-facing content, listing descriptions, and review responses.
- Execution-focused, consistent, and comfortable with regular optimisation and reporting.
- Data-driven and organised, with strong follow-up and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience & Skills

- Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile, including categories, services, service areas, business hours, Q&A;, photos, and regular posts.
- Manage Google reviews by requesting, tracking, and responding to reviews while maintaining consistent review activity.
- Execute local SEO across Pune, Mumbai, and nearby locations, including location pages, local keywords, NAP consistency, geo-relevant content, and local citations.
- Manage on-page SEO including page titles,



meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal linking, page speed, and indexing.
- Plan and publish blogs and guide content based on monthly keyword plans and optimise underperforming website pages.
- Create, claim, verify, and maintain business listings and directory profiles with consistent brand and contact information.
- Monitor SEO rankings, website traffic, Google Business Profile insights, and enquiry sources using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and rank-tracking tools.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while maintaining the content calendar.
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns through audience setup, creative briefs, budget monitoring, and lead-quality feedback.
- Track enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website forms, Instagram DMs, and listing platforms and ensure they are recorded in the CRM and followed up.
- Prepare weekly performance reports covering enquiries, enquiry sources, cost per enquiry, conversions, and ranking movements.
