Responsibilities

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and failure/root-cause analysis.
- Monitor service issues, customer complaints and ensure timely resolution/escalation.
- Execute field campaigns, trials, modifications and service initiatives as per HO guidelines.
- Monitor Hyundai and competitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and manage customer escalations.
- Manage warranty claims, analysis and related reporting.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical issues, joint inspections and field support.
- Prepare MIS and maintain records of field service operations and product failures.
- Train dealer engineers and customer operators; conduct field audits.
- Drive parts, lubricants, attachments,



recon refurbishment business.
- Support dealer workshop development and strengthen dealer service capabilities.
- Build strong customer relationships and support business growth.
