Role & responsibilities
The Business Development role will be responsible for supporting the leasing and occupancy objectives of commercial property in fursungi Pune, by actively identifying and pursuing potential corporate occupiers, generating qualified leads, conducting corporate meetings and site visits, and supporting the conversion of opportunities through to deal closure. The primary focus of the role will be to strengthen the occupancy matrix of commercial property by ensuring continuous prospecting, maintaining a robust leasing pipeline, increasing corporate site visits, and contributing towards faster conversion and closure of leasing opportunities.
The role requires a highly proactive and result-oriented professional with strong corporate relationship management, business development, follow-up, and deal-closing skills
