- Perform hands-on chemical analysis for macro/micronutrients (NPK, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Boron), soil organic carbon, pH, and Electrical Conductivity (EC).
- Oversee routine operation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation (AAS, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Flame Photometer, and automated wet chemistry setups).
- Conduct strict raw material inspection and validation checks on incoming carriers, mineral additives, and chemical substrates to ensure batch consistency.
- Formulate, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the chemical QC laboratory in alignment with GLP standards.
- Co-ordinate with internal microbiology R&D; teams to monitor and track the shelf-life stability and chemical compatibility.
