Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through voice support
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards




• Follow process guidelines, quality parameters and company policies
• Ensure qualified and effective communication with international customers

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
