Role & responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day demand planning, order processing, and fresh delivery generation in SAP for dealer and distributor channels upon fund verification.
- Monitor daily receipts, order merging, and end-to-end dispatch tracking for critical orders including VOR (Vehicle Off Road), emergency parts, and field-fix items.
- Generate and circulate daily MIS reports to key internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent visibility on inventory, sales, and delivery statuses.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Sales, and Service Support teams to streamline parts supply and resolve shortage or excess claims.
- Track transit claims, manage customer complaints, and ensure operational resolution for distributor and channel partner inquiries.
- Oversee data management and record-keeping, including distributor agreements, parts master updates/rationalization, and critical parts allocation.
