Job Purpose: To support demand planning, forecasting, order management, and S&OP; activities while ensuring timely product availability and effective coordination with manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and SKUs.
- Analyze historical sales and dispatch data to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Support monthly forecasting and demand review activities.
Supply Chain Planning
- Manage open orders and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Create and track planned orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities.
S&OP; & Performance Management
- Participate in monthly S&OP; meetings.
- Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and Customer Service Levels.
- Maintain and update master data in SAP and other planning systems.
Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
- Share packing lists and shipment-related information with customers.
- Resolve supply-related issues through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Support customer order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to supply chain automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop reports and dashboards for planning and performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and data accuracy.
