Experience: 5+ years in trainer sourcing and delivery management in an EdTech environment

Education: Bachelor's in Education, HR, Business Management or related field (Master's preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery & Operations: Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs, including materials, logistics, and trainer travel/stay bookings.
- Trainer Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard SMEs and trainers across domains; build a strong trainer pool and negotiate fees, contracts, and engagement terms.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between trainers, internal teams, clients, and participants; manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Project Management: Lead delivery from scoping to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
- Data & Reporting: Track trainer performance, learner feedback,



participant results, and course outcomes to drive improvements.
- Customer Support: Ensure smooth client and participant onboarding and post-delivery support.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement and delivery policies; manage trainer contracts, payment schedules, and compliance.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses and identify cost savings without compromising quality.

Requirements: Solid project management, detail orientation, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure; proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office, task management tools, and LMS; excellent communication and email writing skills.
