Roles and Responsibilities :

- 1. Administration and support of client security solutions

2. Implementation of client cleanup and optimization measures

3. Analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of client issues

4. Review, maintenance, and further development of Tosca test cases

5. Conducting and evaluating client performance tests

6. Maintenance and updating technical documentation

Support and monitor application control

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in Endpoint Security Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy, CrowdStrike, Powershell scripting languages.
- Experience with end-user support for Windows operating systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, Windows registry concepts, Solid analytical and technical skills, IT security awareness, working knowledge on endpoint antivirus like CrowdStrike, windows defender. Microsoft O365, ITIL process awareness, working knowledge of ticketing tools like Ivanti, service now, BMC remedy, Scripting language like PowerShell, vbscript, Shell scripting, etc. (added advantage)
