- API security, common integration security patterns and secure data flow design.
- Authentication, authorisation and service-to-service trust.
- Certificate, key and secrets management.
- Secure coding, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices and the ability to coach non-security developers.
- Cloud and network security concepts relevant to integration.
- Security testing, risk assessment and remediation.
- Transparent technical writing and communication with delivery teams.
