Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional
Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Write actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Operations.
¢ Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
¢ Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
¢ Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and
automation.
¢ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating business requirements.
¢ Track project progress and assist in managing requirement changes.
¢ Prepare reports,



presentations, and project documentation.
¢ Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.Skills¢ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
¢ 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
¢ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
¢ Experience documenting requirements and creating process flows.
¢ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
¢ Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
¢ Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
¢ Experience working in Agile environments.
¢ Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis.
¢ Exposure to healthcare domain is a plus.
